today I had an urge to eat many many calories! I made brownies with a cheeky addition of tia mariaaaa!
boozey brownies, yes please!
They are so tasty!
Recipe:
100g butter (i used slightly salted)
200g dark choccy
4 eggs
250g golden caster sugar (i used a mix of muscovado and caster sugar ha)
100g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
50g cocoa powder
2 cap fulls tia maria, or to taste
melt together the butter and chocolate above a pan of simmering water
whisk the eggs and sugar till light, then add the melted buttery choccy mixture
sieve the flour, cocoa and baking powder and add to the mixture
add liqeur and pour into a 22cm baking tin
bake at 180 for 25-30 minutes, till cracks appear and the middle has a slightly gooey texture
GOBBLE UP!!!
